The free Acrobat Reader software is needed to view, navigate and print the numerous .PDF format documents found at this site. With the software properly installed, you will be able to view .PDF (Portable Document Format) documents from right within your browser. Acrobat documents retain all of their original formatting so they will print out as great as they look on screen. As well, .PDF documents are highly compressed and represent only a small fraction of the original files total size. They "stream" to you which means you will be able to start reading page one right away while the rest of the document downloads in the background. You can even do a keyword search on an Acrobat document.
- Click
 to download the free Acrobat Reader software. (Note: This is a large download and will take some time. If you find the connection busy, try again outside normal business hours.)
- Read through the steps provided on Adobe's site and select the correct version of the plugin for your computer.
- When the download is complete, double click on the downloaded file to install the plugin and follow the directions on your screen.
- Once the setup is finished, the plugin will be installed.
